Hey, I’m Kristen—a self-proclaimed 90’s baby (1999) and a proud Scorpio. Nuff said. I’m a hairstylist, cosmetology teacher, and dance instructor, which means I’m always moving and creating. I’m also a full-blown fur mom to three cats, and my boyfriend and I are devoted parents, so our life is always filled with love and chaos in the best way. I’m passionate about all kinds of food, from international dishes to homemade favorites, and I feel incredibly lucky every day to be where I am. None of it would be possible without the love and support of my amazing friends and family

One of the most meaningful aspects of my creative journey is the deep, genuine connections I make along the way. Time and again, I find myself surrounded by people navigating the same complex, evolving experiences I face in my 20s. I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with individuals who have helped me not only navigate the challenges of living on my own but also to confront and embrace the hardest truths about myself. Life constantly pushes us into uncomfortable conversations—conversations that are often necessary for growth. So, let’s begin them here and now. If I can offer even one person the courage to confront their own struggles or find clarity in their own path, then I’ll consider this mission accomplished.
